Refund & Return Policy

Indedelices brings you authentic Indian snacks imported fresh from India. All our snacks are carefully prepared, packed, and delivered to maintain their original taste and crunch.

Because our products are edible snack items, returns and refunds will only be accepted for genuine, valid, and verifiable reasons.

Eligible Reasons for Return/Refund:
– Snack packet received damaged, torn, or leaked.
– Wrong snack item delivered.
– Product received stale or expired.
– Quality defect (must include clear photos/videos as proof).

Non-Eligible Reasons:
– Change of mind.
– Taste preference issues (e.g., β€œI don’t like the flavour/spice level”).
– Ordering the wrong item by mistake.
– Minor shape breakage (snacks may sometimes break during transit).
– Any reason without proper evidence.

Refunds

Conditions for Approval:
– You must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
– Proof (photos/videos) must be provided.
– Packet and packaging must be kept as received until verification is done.

No Return

No Return/Refund If:
– Snack packet is opened or consumed without any defect.
– No proof is provided.
– Reason is not genuine as per our policy.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Replacement:
– If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement snack pack at no extra cost.

Since snacks are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns without a valid and genuine reason.
